Support Network

Sometimes the best support starts with one conversation.

By Michelle Flynn

Sometimes the best support starts with one conversation.

You know the people you support better than most.

When someone needs more choice, greater flexibility or simply a fresh conversation about their options, Support Network helps them explore what's possible — with no pressure and no obligation.

Need extra help? We are always available for you.

Our dedicated team can help you find support workers and manage your support whenever you need it.

The people who care most often know first.

“I'm not sure my current supports are working.”

As someone they trust, you don't need to have all the answers. You simply need to know where to send them.

Support Network helps participants and families understand their options, explore different support models and connect with experienced, independent support workers across Australia.

Every conversation is guided by what is best for the participant, never by pressure or obligation.

What happens when you introduce someone?

You introduce someone who may benefit from exploring their options.

Our team listens, learns about their goals and answers their questions.

They explore support options with our team, at their own pace.

They choose the support that's right for them — or choose not to. Either is fine.

A small thank you for making a difference.

When someone you introduce becomes an eligible Support Network participant (see terms below), we'll send you a $250 thank-you.* It's our way of recognising the people who help others discover better support and greater choice — and it never affects the advice or options a participant receives.

The decision always belongs to the participant.

Our thank-you simply recognises your kindness in pointing them in the right direction.

Support built around the participant
