Does Plan Management Cost Anything?
We handle the administration of your plan at no expense to you.
The NDIS funds plan management from a separate Improved Life Choices category on your plan. The NDIA sets the plan management fee at $104.45 per month.
This fee doesn’t reduce the funding you have for your support. We claim it directly from the NDIA through a separate line in your plan. Your budget for therapy, equipment and support remains untouched, as plan management expenses are covered by that separate budget.
We look after all of your invoices and payments on your behalf, regardless of whether you use registered or unregistered providers.
If you’re also working with a support coordinator, we’ll keep them informed about your plan and budget, so you can use your full support budget to purchase supports. Our support funding is the same across the whole of Sydney, from Penrith to the Northern Beaches.

Every invoice is reviewed before payment. We do this to identify pricing issues, duplicate charges or claims that don't match your approved supports. If we see anything unusual, we'll put a call through to the relevant provider to resolve the matter before we pay anybody.
If your current plan doesn't include plan management, simply request it during your planning meeting, reassessment or plan review. Also, NDIS plan management services funding are not part of your support budget, which means that if you get it, you have no cause to fear about your supports.
