The NDIA provides funding for plan management separately from your support budget. This funding comes from an NDIS funding line item called "Improved Life Choices." It is completely separate from your support worker, therapy, and all other NDIS funding categories.
The NDIA-fixed plan management fee for 2025–26 is $104.45 per month. This fee is standard across Australia, including Canberra. Plan managers cannot charge more than this rate.

Plan management services are delivered digitally and by telephone, so geographical location does not play any role in how our plan management service operates. No, it doesn't make a difference. Providers are paid the same no matter whether you live in Belconnen or Tuggeranong. The only time your suburb comes into play is when you need to find a support worker where plan management gives you a much bigger pool to choose from as you are able to use unregistered support workers too.
No, not at all. Plan management is covered by another section within your NDIS plan called "Improved Life Choices". It is entirely separate from all your other NDIS funding and does not affect it in any way. The cost for 2025—26 is a flat fee of $104.45/month and cannot be increased by any plan manager (including us) and there are no fees per invoice.

Yes, you are able to transfer from any plan manager to Support Network at any time without waiting for your planning review or reassessment. We will communicate with your previous plan manager and providers and have a seamless transfer.
You may have worked with IDEAL Plan Management, My Care Plan Manager, Jigsaw Plan Management, Prudent Plan Management or Optimum Plan Management or indeed any plan manager, your transition from any plan manager is exactly the same.
